Pitzer’s 第九条 Office is available by phone, email, or video conference. Anyone impacted by or with questions about any form of 性 discrimination (including 基于性别的骚扰 or 性骚扰, 跟踪, 约会或家庭暴力, 性侵犯, and 性ual exploitation) is encour年龄d to contact the 第九条 office to make a report and/or obtain assistance. Supportive measures and resources are available regardless of whether a formal complaint is made.
Pitzer学院 is committed to providing an inclusive educational and working environment for all members of and visitors to our community. The 第九条 Sexual Harassment policy is based on definitions set forth in regulations recently promulgated by 美国.S. Pitzer’s 第九条 policy limits the scope of 第九条 Sexual Harassment to conduct that occurs within a TCC education program or activity in 美国nited States, and to 性骚扰 as defined by the federal regulations. Pitzer’s existing Discrimination/Harassment policy applies to 性 discrimination and harassment that does not fall under the scope of the 第九条 Sexual Harassment policy, including Sexual Exploitation and non-第九条 Sexual Harassment. The Discrimination/Harassment Policy also applies to complaints alleging certain conduct that would otherwise be prohibited under the 第九条 Sexual Harassment policy (e.g., 性侵犯, 家庭暴力, 约会暴力, 和跟踪(根据第九条性骚扰政策), but which must be dismissed under the 第九条 Sexual Harassment policy because the conduct did not occur within the limited jurisdiction of 第九条 as set forth in the recently-enacted 第九条 regulations.
